What are the benefits if they qualify and join the clinical trial?

If your teen qualifies and participates in the clinical trial, they may benefit in several ways:

  • Access to Investigational Treatment: Participants may receive a new treatment that is not yet available to the public, which could help manage or improve their alopecia areata symptoms.
  • No-Cost Participation: Study-related visits, procedures, and medications are typically provided at no cost. In some cases, compensation for time and travel may also be offered.
